Well, despite trying really hard and loosing a lot of weight, I did not maintain it, so I have a stone and a half to loose again. I have put myself in this position many times, and I would like to find a way to break the cycle. 

This is, yet again, a two pronged approach, firstly I plan to make dietary changes, not too radical, but health up the content and downsize the portions. Smaller plates coming soon to help with this.

Part two is stay fit to exercise, some of this can only be done with keeping the weight off, so the two will go hand in hand. The balance point here is to have sufficient exercise and still be able to have a rounded life.

The outline of the plan is:

  • 1 food treat a week, a week runs Monday- Sunday, and this weeks treat occurred on Wednesday, next weeks probably will also.
  • Exercise in gym 3-5 sessions a week, climbing wall 1-2 sessions and swim 2-3 times a week.  Out doors I will do a minimum of 1 long walk or cycle each weekend. 

 I think all of this is achievable, I am going to focus on hitting these targets rather than the number of pounds I loose. This I hope will limit my frustration with the periods in which I level out and then get discouraged.
